The Importance of Security

DATA PROTECTION AND IT SECURITY

The use of network systems from the smallest to the most complex structures presents technical and regulatory issues of considerable relevance; in particular, keeping in mind the obligations set forth by Law 675/96 (personal data), now superseded by Law Decree 196/03, regarding the security and integrity of data, the responsibility for damages arising from unauthorized access to information systems to theft of information, the contractual responsibilities for failure due to system issues.

Confronting these problems require specific, actually certified professional competence.

The experts dealing with this problem are professionals who are formally registered as ICT engineers, which allows for a more precise assessment of problems and solutions, including the release of certificates of compliance, testing reports and certifications (eventually sworn in court) which have full legal validity.

It should not undervalue the importance of being able to certify the technical upgrades made in line of any investments in invitations to tender, implementation of quality certifications, and management of legal controversies.

All services offered are oriented to improving the level of security of information systems, protecting them from viruses, system disruptions, information theft, and unauthorized access.

The possibility of providing, upon request, specific training courses, even within the client's location on the operations of the solutions applied, complete the offer.
