Mobile interface

The Mobile Interface enables users to perform the following activities, which are typically the functions of the member user:

• Viewing messages
• Modifying user profile
• Changing passwords
• Management of user's own purchases
• Viewing order history

Viewing messages

The messages are listed in chronological order highlighting the newest ones with a yellow-ocher background.
The title and the data will be seen in the list; with a click, the message details will be seen.

Modifying user profile

The following fields will be shown on the user's registration screen:

• Name
• Surname
• Tax Identification Number
• Address (*)
• Postal Code (*)
• City (*)
• Province (*)
• User's GAS
• User's zone
• E-mail: (*)
• Telephone (*)
• Mobile number (*)
• Membership date
• Card number
• Number of family members (*)
• Payment method

(*) editable fields

Changing passwords

It has been proposed that changes to the password shall be entered twice in two fields without repeating characters.

Management of user's own purchases

The purchases will be listed down, with state: active, closed, ordered, delivering, delivered and in payment.
The list is sorted by closing date with the orders expiring first on top (in ascending order).
Two lines will be shown in the list for each order:

• Supplier's name
• Order state, Closing date, Transport costs, and Order total.

Order status can be any one of the following: Closed, Ordered, In transport, Delivered, In payment, and Completed.

With one click, the order details will be shown with a header showing the following data:

• Supplier's name
• Closing date, Transport costs, and Order total.

The list of products available for orders is shown with the following fields:

• Product description and unit weight
• Unit price/unit of measurement, Quantity ordered, and Total price.

The Quantità ordinata (Quantity ordered) field is editable on the user's end
The products ordered will be listed on top and sorted by description.

Furthermore, with one click, the product screen is visible with the following fields:

• Producer
• Unit price/unit of measurement
• Unit weight
• Minimum quantity
• Quantity per pack
• Category
• Subcategory
• Description
• Notes

Viewing order history

Purchases made by the member that are no longer active and made within the last 12 months will be listed down.
The list is sorted by closing date (in ascending order).
Two lines will be shown for each order will be shown in the list:

• Supplier's name
• Order status, Order total, and Closing date.

With one click, the order details will be shown with a header showing the following data:

• Supplier's name
• Order status, Order total, and Closing date.

The list of products ordered/delivered is shown with the following fields:

• Product description and unit price
• Unit price/unit of measurement, Quantity ordered/delivered, and Total price.

Implementation

The Dojo Mobile environment will be used for the implementation.
