Complete Ethical Purchasing Group management software

This management software, accessible from the Web, allows the integrated management of ethical purchasing group data.

The application has been tailor-made and developed specifically to meet the requirements of the La Credenza Association.

Application features and characteristics

• Access to the procedures with different login credentials for each user and operator; user profiles are differentiated according to the following roles:
  • Member user
  • Manufacturer representative
  • Zone representative
  • Secretary
  • Cashier
  • Director

• List of members, suppliers, manufacturers, products, banks, zones, categories, and subcategories
• Management of multi-zone orders
• Management of payments
  • Bank tracking generation for payments made through SEPA Direct Debit
• Management of membership renewals
• Management of messages via e-mail and SMS
• Monitoring of visible/modifiable data based on the user's profile
• Capability of downloading in XLS format

• Printing in PDF format
