Internet Document Management System & FAX

This is a system for electronic document archiving and fax management in a multi-user and multi-locational environment on a geographical network (Internet).

All authorised users have access via browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape, Konqueror, Opera, or others) to a database available on the internet.

Data security is ensured via encrypted transmissions (https).

The programme was developed in the Linux server environment, while supported clients are in fact those who use Internet browsers in MS-Windows, Apple, Linux, Unix, and Macintosh.

DMS is a system entirely develeoped using the wealth of knowledge available on the internet; moreover, it uses the Linux operating system as a server platform (stability and ease of maintenance/control). The system comes complete with LinuxBOX; alternatively, it can be installed on hardware provided by the client. Automated internet connection via modem, ISDN, or ADSL line.
