Remote assistance

In order to offer more extensive and immediate remote assistance to the client, a Help Desk application is available for the client to download; this allows technical support from Leader.IT to take control of the client's PC, but still remaining under the client's control, which allows him to observe the activity being done.

The system is safe because it is activated by the client!

In order to activate the service, just select the belowmentioned link after having contacted technical support at Leader.IT.

Leader.IT CA Certificate

Install the certificate of the Leader.IT Network Certification Authority.
This way, applications can verify the reliability of the certificates generated by the Leader.It Network.
